Provider and bundle questions

Tell us the exact provider name and whether you need signals, indicator alerts, analytics or a personal software license. Similar names can describe unrelated services. We will explain the available delivery format before you pay.

Payment review

Include your order reference, selected network and transaction hash. You can copy these from your dashboard. Never send wallet recovery phrases, private keys, exchange passwords or Telegram login codes. A public transaction hash is enough to identify the payment for review.

Access problems

Tell us whether the bot sent an invitation, whether it expired, and whether you are opening it with the linked Telegram account. Try /access for a fresh invitation. If the bot is blocked, unblock it first. Do not post private channel invitations in public support discussions.
