Before you transfer
Check the order amount, USDT asset, network and receiving wallet together. BEP20 and TRC20 are different networks. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by this website. If your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, account for it so the full membership amount arrives.
If an order is still pending
A pending order is awaiting manual review. Sending another payment will not necessarily speed up the decision. Contact support with the order reference and transaction hash. If the payment is incomplete, sent to a different address or made with a different token, the operator must investigate before granting access.
Requesting a refund or correction
Contact support promptly with the order reference, reason and relevant transaction hash. Requests concerning duplicate payments, payments made in error and failure to provide purchased access are reviewed individually. Do not assume a refund has been approved until the operator confirms the decision and arrangements with you.
Refund destination and timing
If a refund is approved, the operator must verify the destination and network with the account holder. Never send a recovery phrase or private key. Refund handling and any network fees must be explained before processing; this page does not promise an instant refund or a fixed processing period.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights. The operator is responsible for applying the rules relevant to its business and customers and for providing any additional required cancellation information.
