Start from your order page

Sign in, choose the membership and select a network. The order freezes the amount, receiving address and network you are shown. Return to that same order after sending the payment. Do not use a wallet address from a forwarded message when your dashboard shows a different one; contact support first.

Match the selected network

BEP20 on BNB Smart Chain and TRC20 on TRON are separate payment routes. The sending platform’s withdrawal network must match the one on your order. A wallet address looking valid is not a substitute for checking the selected network and USDT asset.

Account for the withdrawal fee

The order states the USDT amount to receive. Your exchange or wallet may charge a withdrawal or network fee. Check its final confirmation screen so that the amount arriving matches the order. The website does not control your platform’s fee.

Submit the transaction hash

After sending, find the withdrawal’s transaction hash, also called a TXID. Paste that hash into the order page. It identifies the public transaction for review. Do not send private keys, a recovery phrase or a wallet login. The same transaction hash cannot be credited twice in the application.

Wait for the payment decision

A pending status means the administrator has not yet approved the order. Approval follows a check of the real asset, recipient, amount, selected network and confirmation state. Once approved, membership starts and the bot sends the directory invitation. If details do not match, contact support with the order reference rather than sending another transfer immediately.
